- 1 14 oz Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit
- 2 cups Ice
- Crush 2 cups ice in a blender. Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit of your choice. Blend until well mixed. Add one can of coconut milk and blend again until all ingredients are mixed. Makes 3 smoothies.
